We have two people, one male, one female,
Interviewer ml: “Good evening. My name is Sandara Bestwood” Interviewer fm: “And I'm Stony Dampson. We'll be conducting this evening's interview with Mister Edgar Hooper. Mr. Hooper has a very interesting background which you'll find out about in a moment." Interviewers: “Mr. Hooper, we'd like to thank you for being with us today." Hooper: “Thank you for inviting me.” Interviewers: “Please tell our viewers about yourself, your background, and how you relate to the marijuana controversy.” Hooper: “I recently retired from thirty-five years in in the field of criminal justice. As a young man I was a navy seal. I spent two years in and around Viet Nam. After completing my military service I became a swat team member of the Los Angeles Police Department. In those days, I was considered by many to be a cocky, arrogant, and overly-self-confident son of a bitch." "After several years in Los Angeles, I signed on with an anti-drug agency, and for the remainder of my career, I was involved in one way or another in supporting marijuana prohibition.” Interviewers: “So you've seen and heard and done things that most of us can hardly even imagine.” Hooper: “That's correct.” Interviewers: “How do you relate to marijuana prohibition today?” Hooper: “Over the years, I've mellowed almost beyond my own belief." Interviewers: “What does that mean?” Hooper: “It means I no longer support marijuana prohibition.” Interviewers: “So you've become a marijuana truth seeker." Hooper: “I have. I spent my last three years prior to retirement as an insider, silently and secretly investigating the marijuana prohibitionists.” Interviewers: “We'd like to hear about your personal exploits, but first, please give our viewers some basic information about marijuana and the controversy surrounding it." Hooper: “OK, where would you like to start?" Interviewers: “We'll begin with a commitment to finding the truth?" Hooper: “That's fine with me.” Interviewers: “Good, then let's get started. Please place your hand on the [Christian] Bible and say these words: 'In this interview, I swear to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God'." Hooper does as requested. Each interviewer places his/her hand on the Bible and repeats the oath. 2 -- Seeking the Truth |

4 . During the dialog about the, Marijuana Stamp Act, add pictures of historical video footage on this topic. Interviewers: “Mr. Hooper, are you familiar with the 1937, Marijuana Stamp Act?” Hooper: “Yes, that was the beginning of the anti-marijuana war in America.” Interviewers: “Did it serve the public or did it serve the special interests of those who pushed it onto Congress until Congress made it the law of the land?” Hooper: “It served the special interests.” Interviewers: “For the benefit of our viewers, please describe the federal government's Marijuana Stamp Act." Hooper: “In essence, the law stated that you had to have a marijuana tax stamp in order to possess marijuana, but you couldn't get a stamp unless you already possessed marijuana. If you possessed marijuana without a tax stamp you were violating the law and subject to arrest and punishment. Not only that, the government never printed any tax stamps.” “For twenty one years, thousands of people enforced or obeyed that law. It was the law of the land from 1937 until 1958 when it was declared to be unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.” Interviewers: “Mr. Hooper, does that law make any sense to you?” Hooper: “To me personally, no, but it did to those who wanted the law passed." Interviewers: “What motivated those who wanted it passed?” Hooper: “Money and power. Multi-millionaires, Randolph Hearst and Charles DuPont, wanted it passed in order make more money. Harry Anslinger, the head of the government's anti-marijuana campaign, had become addicted to political power. The three of them, along with a few others, began a slander campaign against marijuana. That campaign of outright lies and open disregard for the truth is unrivaled in all of American political history.” Interviewers: “Both Hearst and DuPont had more than enough money to live opulent and extravagant lifestyles for a hundred lifetimes. They were two of the world's wealthiest men. Why did they want more money?" Hooper: “Because like the super wealthy of today, they were drug addicts." Interviewers: “You can't be serious. Our viewers are going to say you're either kidding or crazy.” Hooper: “Then we'd best look at the evidence – evidence that has only recently become available. Brain and behavior scientists are finding out things about brain chemistry that, when placed into the context of our collective social behavior, indicate that the world is being run by dopamine addicts." "The men who hold the real power in the world today are addicted to the dopamine that is produced in their brains when they engage in Making Large Amounts of Money, when they engage in High-Stakes High-Risk Gambling, and when they expose themselves to The Thrill of Danger. That danger may be physical danger. It may be the danger of losing all their money and going to jail, or both. Unless they Crash & Burn, we either don't know them at all or we don't pay them much attention." Interviewers: “Can you give us an example?" Hooper: “A classic and well-documented example of Crash & Burn comes to us from the Enron Financial Scandal and an examination of its former CEO, Jeffrey Skilling. The Evidence tells us that Skilling was at the affect of all three of these addictions."

.5 . Interviewers: “OK, you've got my attention! Am I correct in saying that functional society has been missing a major piece of evidence about human behavior?” Hooper: “Yes. Researchers have found that making money triggers the same response in the brain that using cocaine does.” Interviewers: “Is the same thing true about engaging in high-stakes gambling and engaging in physically and/or financially dangerous behavior?” Hooper: “Yes. All three of them trigger the release of dopamine into the pleasure centers in the human brain.” Interviewers: “So you are saying that you don't need to take drugs in order to be a drug addict. Hooper: “I'm not saying that. The evidence is." Interviewers: “Has this piece of our social and political structure been ignored up until now” Hooper: “Yes, and it's still being ignored today, even in the face of the overwhelming evidence. You were exactly on target when you said You don't need to take drugs in order to be a drug addict.” The implications of these findings are profound beyond words.” 5-1--Money Addicts - Dopamine Addiction Interviewers: “What are the implications?” Hooper: “Before we get to the implications, we need to have a basic understanding of the role dopamine plays in addiction.” Interviewers: “Please describe dopamine for our viewers?” Hooper: “It's a natural chemical that's produced inside of the human brain. Dopamine is delivered to the brain's pleasure centers as a result of taking drugs? It's responsible for the feelings we call pleasure. It gives the person a euphoric high. It makes them feel good.” "It's also produced without taking mind-altering chemicals. Making large amounts of money, engaging in high-stakes gambling and engaging in physically and/or financially dangerous behavior release dopamine into the pleasure centers of the human brain.” Insert a diagram of a cold prickly and a warm fuzzy with people making a faces of pleasure and distaste. “Our bodies and our minds are bio-chemically designed to move us toward that which makes us feel good and away from that which makes us feel bad. Almost everything humans do in the external physical world is done to produce an internal, feel-good feeling or to move away from an internal, feel-bad feeling?” Interviewers: “So let me bottom line this. You're saying that using drugs such as cocaine causes the user's brain to send dopamine to the the brain's pleasure centers and that makes him or her feel good?” Hooper: “That's what the evidence tells us.” Interviewers: “So am I correct in saying that it's not the cocaine itself that produces the high. It's that the cocaine stimulates the brain to release dopamine into the pleasure centers of the brain and it's the dopamine and not the cocaine that actually produces the high. Hooper: “That's Correct.” 5-2 -Money Addicts - Non-Drug Addiction Interviewers: “Does being in love and experiencing orgasm cause the brain to release dopamine into the brain's pleasure centers?” Hooper: “Yes.” Interviewers: “And what about just plain sex for the joy of having sex?” Hooper: “That too.” Interviewers: “Do people get addicted to these feel-good feelings?” Hooper: “Yes. That's what addiction is all about. The definition of addiction is a behavior, or a feeling, or a thought pattern, or an emotional state of mind that a person can't stop." Interviewers: “So you're saying that people can become addicted to just about anything, including, but not limited to the activities you've just mentioned, and once addicted, they get uncontrollable urges to do things that they otherwise would not do.” Hooper: “Yes. The evidence tells that a person may become addicted to using legal drugs, such as nicotine and alcohol, to using illegal drugs such as cocaine and heroin, and to making large amounts of money, to gambling, to facing danger, to sex, work, shopping, food, religion, or any of a number of beliefs and/or physical activities.” Interviewers: “Religion addicts? Hooper: “Yes. Any person that is stuck in beliefs that cannot be questioned and behavior patterns that cannot be altered is, essentially, out-of-control. You may or may not call that an addiction, but just like an addict, the person is not free to make conscious and intentional choices in certain area of his or her life.

Reference: Another look into the Christian Bible http://www.Truth-Seeker-Truth.info/another-look-christian-bible.html#76
Interviewers: “Do these uncontrollable urges just jump into people and take them over or is there a gradual transition into addiction?” Hooper: I'm not a scientist so I don't say this based upon any official research, but the anecdotal evidence that I've seen strongly points to a gradual transition. The rate of transition seems to depends upon how susceptible the person is to addictive behavior. Some people get hooked rather quickly and others don't become addicted at all.” Interviewers: “Let me see if I have this correct. Making money, winning money, being given money, finding money all produce that feel good feeling?” Hooper: “That's so obvious that it's not even questionable. The chance to make quick money is at the core of the addiction to gambling.” Interviewers: “So being in love, sex, orgasm, making money, cliff diving, gambling, and experiencing danger all cause the brain to produce dopamine and give the person those feel-good-feeling, and none of them are from using external drugs?" Hooper: “Yes, like I said a moment ago, dopamine is also produced by experiences that don't involve taking drugs. Dangerous activities like cliffdiving is a thrill-seeking dopamine-producing activity the doesn't involve taking drugs.” Interviewers: “For any viewers who aren't familiar with cliff diving, please describe it.” Insert a clip of someone cliff diving, landing and saying, "What a rush!" Hooper: “Cliff diving is where people jump off a high cliff and open a parachute before the they crash to their deaths on the rocks below.” Interviewers: “That would undoubtedly be a dopamine producer. “If you bought a lottery ticket and won a hundred dollars, would you feel good?” 5-3-Money Addicts - Novelty Hooper: “Yes.” Interviewers: “What if you won ten million dollars, would you feel good?” Hooper: “Yes.” Interviewers: “Would there be any difference in the brain chemistry reaction between winning a hundred dollars and winning ten million dollars." Hooper: “Winning a hundred dollars might produce a light tickle and winning ten million dollars would literally flood the brain with dopamine, unless of course, you made ten million dollars last week.” Interviewers: “How does what I did yesterday or last week, relate to what I do today?” Hooper: “It's related to another factor in human behavior called novelty.” Interviewers: “Please explain.” Hooper: “Do you recall the thrill of seeing your beloved nude for the very first time?” Interviewers: “Yes. of course." Hooper: “What happened after the novelty wore off?” Interviewers: “Seeing her naked was still sexually exciting but not to the degree that it was on our first sexual experience together.” Hooper: “The first time I jumped out of an airplane, I loved it, and wanted to do it again. After a while, it became just one part of my job. It was still a lot of fun, but it was no longer thrilling.” Interviewers: “Is it correct to to say that when the same activity is repeated over and over again, the internal response tends to wear off until the activity becomes normal.” Hooper: “Yes. When something new show up, humans are biologically programmed to pay attention. When the same thing shows up every day, we're are programmed to ignore it. As the novelty wears off, our brains requires an ever increasing levels of stimulation to produce the same dopamine response. The human mind finds repetition boring.” 5-4-Money Addicts - Money Addiction Implications Interviewers: “Now that we know about the role dopamine plays in addiction, please tell us about the implications in the statement 'You don't need to take drugs in order to be a drug addict'.” Hooper: “The implications will become clear when we compare the behavior of a cocaine addict against the behavior of a money and profit addict." Interviewers: “I'm listening.” Hooper: “What drives a cocaine addict?” Interviewers: “The compulsion to get the next fix.” Hooper: “And what will a cocaine addict do in order to get his next fix of cocaine?” Interviewers: “Just about anything.” Hooper: “Including robbery, burglary. Some people will even commit murder.” Interviewers: “Yes, that and more.” Hooper: “Remember, the cocaine addict is actually addicted to dopamine. Snorting cocaine is just his way of flooding his brain with dopamine." Interviewers: “Yes, I remember." Hooper: “So who or what is in control of a cocaine addicts life?” Interviewers: “His addiction is in control. His compulsion to flood his brain with dopamine is in control.” Hooper: “And what's the end result?" Interviewers: “You tell me. You're the expert." Hooper: “Crash & Burn! If they don't get help, or some how break the addiction, they eventually self-destruct.” Interviewers: "Do Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts follow this same pattern?" Hooper: "Some on them definitely do. Two clear examples are Jeffrey Skilling in the Enron scandal, which I mentioned a moment ago, and Bernie Madoff in his ponzi scheme."
Reference: Enron Scandal – Bernie Madoff http://www.Money-and-Profit-Addicts.com/mpa-power-wealth-mental-health.html#gr
Interviewers: "What are the differences between a cocaine/dopamine addict and a money/dopamine addict?" Hooper: “One of the major differences is the means by which the addict gets his brain flooded with dopamine." Interviewers: “You're saying that a money and profit addict gets his dopamine high by making money.” Hooper: “Let me remind you that I'm not saying that. The evidence is!” Interviewers: “Why do you insistent that we focus on the evidence and not on what you say?" Hooper: “Because reality and a person's beliefs about reality could be, and often are, vastly different. People, myself included, could be intentionally lying to you, so I ask you not to simply believe me. Don't disbelieve me either. Examine the evidence. If you focus on the evidence, you eliminate both lies and false beliefs." Interviewers: “OK.” Hooper: “To answer your question, yes, a money and profit addict gets his dopamine high by making money. Now let me ask you a question. Who or what is in control of a money and profit addict's life?” Interviewers: “His addiction.”
Reference: http://www.Money-and-Profit-Addicts.com/mpa-money-profit-addicts.html#gr
5-5-Money Addicts - Addict Behavior Hooper: “And what will a money and profit addict do to get his next fix?" Interviewers: “Just about anything.” Hooper: “Whose running the world?” Long silence. Interviewers: “Wow! The world is screwed up because it's being run by Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts” Hooper: “Did you ever wonder why so many very wealthy men are focused on making more money." Interviewers: “Actually, I hadn't until you brought it to my attention.” Hooper: “Well, now you know." Another long pause. Hooper: “Did you ever wonder why major drug peddlers and other big money criminals who have already made millions of dollars continue to engage in their criminal activities?" Interviewers: “Because they are addicted to making money. Because they are addicted to high-stakes gambling and/or because they are addicted to the thrill of danger." Hooper: “Do you see how additional money, itself, becomes irrelevant?" Interviewers: “Yes, billionaires and multi-millionaires don't work for money. They work for the thrills related to making money.” Hooper: “Let me share another distinction with you.” Interviewers: “Please do.” Hooper: “The additional distinction I'm referring to is in the difference in the amount of destruction that an addict can do in the process of getting his next high." "A cocaine addict does whatever he needs to do, including committing crimes to get enough money to buy his next fix. How much destruction can the average cocaine addict do?" Interviewers: “It's usually quite limited in scope and commonly harms no more than a few people.” Hooper: “Now compare that to a super-wealthy money and profit addict who, just like the cocaine addict, must constantly increase his stimulation to get the next high.” Interviewers: “There's a dramatic difference.” Hooper: “The level of destruction of the money and profit addicts can be global in its scale. It includes wars, assassinations, and even overthrowing democratic governments such as what occurred in Iran in 1954." Interviewers: “So the robber barons of the late 1800s and early 1900s were dopamine addicts." Hooper: “Their behavior would certainly lead us to that conclusion." Interviewers: “Were Hurst and DuPont were also dopamine addicts?" Hooper: “Again, we can't prove it with absolute certainty, but their behavior is in perfect alignment with that of a Money &Profit/Dopamine Addict." 5-6-Money Addicts - Present-Day America Interviewers: “What about present-day corporate America?" Hooper: “Every major financial scandal has the same, basic pattern. In each case, by the time the scandal became known, the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts who caused the scandal were already in the late stages of self-destruction. We have some extraordinarily well-documented evidence of corporate level of self destruction with the story of Jeffrey Skilling in the Enron scandal and with Bernie Madoff in his ponzi scheme."
Reference: Enron Scandal – Bernie Madoff http://www.Money-and-Profit-Addicts.com/mpa-power-wealth-mental-health.html#gr
Interviewers: “Are the nation's financial problems a result of Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts being in control?” Hooper: “Absolutely!” Interviewers: “Wouldn't 'out of control' be more accurate?” Hooper: “Yes, your right. These men are not in control. Their addictions are.” Interviewers: “What does this say about the nation's banks, insurance companies, oil companies, pharmaceutical companies, and dozens of other super-wealthy corporations?" Hooper: “Let me give you the world's most obvious answer. If you were already a multi-millionaire and your business killed 440,000 of your customers each year, and if you knew that your product was the most addictive substance on the entire planet, what would cause you to spend billions of dollars getting teenagers and young adults addicted to your product?" Interviewers: “I'd have to be out-of-my-mind, crazy, or I'd have to be an out-of-control drug addict.” Hooper: “Would Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts fit your description of the multi-millionaires who run the tobacco industry?” Interviewers: “Definitely yes!” Hooper: “Tobacco is just the tip of an unseen iceberg of callous destruction, all done by major corporations in the name of making a profit. We could spend the next two days talking about what's wrong, but that would be almost completely counter-productive." "At the moment there is no cure for a Money & Profit/Dopamine Addict. Our job is to show the world how to stop the destruction caused by these out-of-control, drug addicts." Interviewers: “Is that possible?” Hooper: “It's not only possible, it's actually rather simple to do. The Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts must be taken out of their positions of unsupervised control of the multi-billion-dollar corporations.” Interviewers: “What happens if we don't make these changes? What happens if we allow the money/dopamine addicts to continue destroying the environment in order to make more money?”
Hooper: “We have
traveled so far down the road to disaster that, today, we are
facing two choices and only two choices, change our financial
system or Crash & Burn
with the
Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts.
Interviewers: “I'd say that making such profound changes is not possible, but I'm sure you have a way, otherwise you'd not be speaking as you are.” Hooper: “Actually there are three ways to accomplish this. All three involve the use of updated and revised versions of the traditional non-profit foundation. We'll get to that process in a moment, but first we must be clear on what not to do." Interviewers: “Are you saying that we need to avoid actions that will make matters worse?" 5 Addicted to Making Money |

.6 . Hooper: “Yes! That's exactly what I saying. We could easily point our fingers at the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts and at the mindless people who just go along with whatever life brings them, and we could call all these people the bad guys. We could waste our time and squander our energy by spewing anger, blame, and resentment all over the place, but please remember there are no bad guys. There are Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts doing what drug addicts do and there are mindless sleepwalkers doing what sleepwalkers do." “Given their conditions, their childhood, mental programs, their addictions, their circumstances, we'd very likely be living our lives similar to the way they they're living theirs. They're not bad. They're people stuck in belief systems that are incomplete or filled wrong information, or they may be functioning on internal beliefs that are obsolete and now dysfunctional, or they may be all but completely mindless and have no idea what they're doing."
Reference: The Grandfather Generation http://www.ThePeacefulRevolution.com/grandfather-generation.html#57
Hooper: “We cannot blame anybody 'out there' for our problems. We'd be wise not to blame ourselves either. The moment we declare someone as guilty, including ourselves, we attract punishment, and as you probably already know, punishment is just another word for violence' and punishment /violence just piles more crap on an already over-sized manure pile." Interviewers: “So would I be correct in saying that it's the system that's broken and not the people who run it?" Hooper: “Yes. Our job is to fix the problem, not the blame.” Interviewers: “So we have a No-No List. No bad guy! No victims! No self-pity parties! No finger pointing! No Blaming! No resentment! No Revenge! No complaining! No violence! No Fighting! Anything else?” Hooper: “Yes. Before we even think about what others did or didn't do we need to look in the mirror. 'Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.' and 'As you judge others, you shall be judged,' and most importantly, in terms of what not to do, no seeking to punish corporate executives for their activities .” Interviewers: “Are you suggesting that we stop punishing criminals." Hooper: “No, not all criminals. Of course, we need to deal with rapists, murderers, and other violent criminals, but punishing people for corporate crimes is counter-productive. We simply need to be sure that they don't engage in any future criminal behavior. Our job is to stop the destruction by redesigning to current business structure and definitely not to punish past corporate behavior." Interviewers: “But you can't just let criminals get away with crimes." Hooper: “It's done all the time. Despots like Gadaffe in Libya are allowed to get away with all kinds of heinous crimes -- crimes far worse than most corporate crimes. Police/prosecutor plea bargaining is another example of criminals not being punished." Interviewers: “What will this accomplish?" Hooper: “There are literally tens of thousands of high-level corporate executives who are not dopamine addicts that are stuck supporting an economic system they know will eventually kill their own children and grandchildren." "Those who speak up, are chewed up and spit out. For longer than any of us can remember, the system has destroyed truth speakers and hurt their families, so those who could speak up, don't. They remain silent and just go along. If we expect their assistance, we must avoid even the hint of punishing any corporate executives for anything they've done." Interviewers: “Why ignore their past behavior?" Hooper: “Because we need them to help the rest of us stop the sociopaths and psychopaths in their companies who are destroying life as we know it. We have to make it safe for corporate executives to speak the truth." Interviewers: “What about all the money people have made? Much of it comes from unethical or illegal activity." Hooper: “They get to keep it." Interviewers: “You're kidding!" Hooper: “No, definitely not! Interviewers: “Am I missing something?" Hooper: “Yes, you're missing two important factors. First, the illusion of scarcity is a false belief created centuries ago by those who had no idea of how the universe functions. People today still believe in poverty consciousness, which in essences says, 'If I am to have, someone else needs to go without'." "The universal laws tell us that there's plenty for everybody, but we push it away by our fears, by anger, resentment, jealousy, by our belief in scarcity, and by spending about half of all human resources creating and using tools of death and destruction."
Reference: The Rules of Reality http://www.PhilanthropyAdvisor.info/pa-rules-of-reality.html#gr
Interviewers: “What's the second factor?" Hooper: “You're holding onto the old, dysfunctional practice of spending time, money, effort, and energy chasing bad guys and then using violence to physically or financially punish the tiny minority of that you catch. To do that is to engage in every one of the activities on the No-No List. How much cooperation will that get you?" NONE! We simply need to prevent further destruction." Interviewers: “What's the alternative?” Hooper: “In terms of producing a desired result, cooperation is at least ten times more productive than fighting. “Here's an example of something everybody can do. Ask yourself, 'What am I addicted to? What options are available to me that I haven't yet seen? What options have I seen and rejected without examining them'?" "The real solutions are inside each and every one of us. I direct your attention to the No-No List. No bad guy! No victims! No self-pity parties! No finger pointing! No blaming! No resentment! No revenge! No complaining! No fighting! and NO VIOLENCE! The sooner we begin honoring the No-No list, the sooner we can begin solving our problems.” 6 The No-No List |

.7 . Interviewers: “Where is all this taking us?” Hooper: “Unless we wake up to what's happening to our natural environment and unless we take action to stop the destruction, the money and power/dopamine addicts will take us with them on their highly-destructive journey to a global-level Crash & Burn." Interviewers: “I'm not sure that I want to hear this.” 7-1-Crash & Burn -- Resistance Hooper: “If someone with a gun was breaking into your home with the intention of raping and murdering your daughter, would you want to know about it and stop it before it happened?” Interviewers: “Yes, or course!” Hooper: “Well, symbolically speaking, that's what's happening to the environment on a global level.” Interviewers: “OK, I guess I'm listening.” Hooper: “A guess will likely get your daughter raped and murdered.” Interviewers: “OK, I'm listening.” Hooper: “Just listening will still get your daughter raped and murdered.” Interviewers: “You are persistent, aren't you? OK, I'm also willing to take action.” Hooper: “On behalf of all the daughters and sons on the planet, and every life form as well, I say thank you.” Interviewers: “OK, hit me with the bad news.” Hooper: “Do I have to hit you, or may I just tell you and leave you in a well and healthy condition so that you can take action?” Interviewers: “Why are you so persistent on this?” Hooper: “Because I'm not talking just to you. I'm talking to everyone who will watch this video. Let me take a brief side trip and give you another symbolic analogy." Interviewers: “OK.” Hooper: “An animal activist visited a farm one day, and he saw the farmer hit his mule on the head with a stick. When the activist confronted the farmer and complained about the mistreatment, the farmer said, 'I love my mule and would never hurt her.' The activist said, 'Then why did you just hit it with a stick?' The farmer replied, 'My mule is a bit slow. I just tapped her on the head to get her attention'.” Interviewers: “How does that relate to your persistence ?” Hooper: “Many people are like the farmers mule. Even when they see disaster coming, they still do nothing. They require a wake up call. There are those who make things happen, there are those that watch things happen, and then there are those who say 'What happened.' My vision is to inspire those who just watch into assisting those of us who make things happen." Interviewers: “OK, I'm ready to hear about Crash & Burn.” 7-2-Crash & Burn -- Crash and Burn Hooper: “Muammar Gaddafi and his 41 year stranglehold on Libya is an extreme example of an addicts Crash & Burn." Interviewers: “How does money fit into his insanity?" Hooper: “The Gaddafi family fortune is estimated to be about 40 billion dollars. Gaddafi spent years living an opulent life style and amassing more and more money while suppressing the people of Libya and engaging in every kind of criminal behavior you could possibly imagine and then some." 7-3-Crash & Burn -- Global Scale Problem Interviewers: “How does that relate to us here in the United States?” Hooper: “The problem is not just here in the United States. The problem is global in scope." Interviewers: “What do you mean?” Hooper: “The men we refer to as The Powers That Be are doing the same thing on a global scale. We don't know exactly who they are but we can easily see the result of their out-of-control addiction."
Reference:
The Powers That Be
7- -Crash & Burn -- The Powers That Be Interviewers: “Who are the powers that be and what are they doing." Hooper: “The term, The Powers That Be refers to the super-wealthy men who behind the scenes control the corporations that spend the money to elect the politicians who write the laws that control anything of any significance in the United States, England, Europe, and in many other parts of the world." "And in regards to what they are doing, just look at the environmental destruction that has been going for decades. The prime cause of our present environmental problems comes from these money and power/dopamine addicts. The Powers That Be are in the process of Crash & Burn and because of their financial power and political control, they're taking the entire world down with them." "Let me bottom line this for you. We simply cannot any longer allow unregulated concentrations of power to exist anywhere on the planet. That includes right here in the united states. Do you think, even for one moment, those who control the Washington politicians care about the people?” Interviewers: “No.” Hooper: “We and the planet are one and the same. What we do to the environment, we do to ourselves."

8 Hooper: “You've probably heard that human DNA and chimpanzee DNA are more than 95% identical.” Interviewers: “I have.” Hooper: “Have you heard about our kinship with frogs?” Interviewers: “No.” Hooper: “Then I shall tell you. Biologist have discovered that if you place a live, healthy frog into hot water, it will immediately jump out, but if you place that same frog into cool water and ever so slowly heat the water, the frog will just sit there as the water temperature rises. The frog will make no attempt to jump out while the water becomes hotter and hotter until it becomes so hot that it kills the frog.” Insert a drawing of a frog in pot of hot water. Interviewers: “Am I a frog?” Hooper: “Individually, probably not, but for humans collectively, the answer is yes.” Interviewers: “How are humans related to frogs?” Hooper: “In their behavior patterns. Humans are the frogs and the Earth's environment is the water pot. Frogs are biologically programmed to react to large changes. Frogs are also programmed to ignore small, gradual changes.” Insert a drawing of a human looking at a tsunami wave or some other pending water-related disaster and saying, "So far so good". Or a skinny version of the famous statue, "The Thinker" sitting the rain with water up to his butt with one hand scooping up the water while looking at the camera and with a questioning look on his face and saying, "Maybe Noah was right." “Humans are programmed pretty much the same way. The major difference is that humans have the potential to mentally follow present trends into the future. Humans can see the present environmental destruction and the future disasters that present activities are sure to bring, but many people simply ignore what they see. They pretend that it's not really happening or that if they ignore it, it will go away.” Interviewers: “How am I at the effect of collective frog consciousness?” Hooper: “Do I need to remind you that there is only one Earth and we are all in this together.”

Interviewers: “So we either live together or we die together?” 8-1- -frog con. - Normalcy Bias Hooper: “Yes. Have you heard the terms Situation Awareness/ Preparedness and Normalcy Bias?” Interviewers: “No.” Hooper: “Situation Awareness/Preparedness refers to being aware of potential dangers and preparing yourself in case any of them occur. Protecting one's assets against a financial crash is one example. Environmental emergency preparedness is another example of this. Additional examples include: having extra food, and water, knowing what to do in an emergency, and having an emergency evacuation plan.” Interviewer fm: “I learned that in Girl Scouts, 'be prepared'. What's normalcy bias?” Hooper: “Normalcy Bias is the opposite of Situation Awareness/ Preparedness. It's also known as The Ostrich Effect and Analysis Paralysis. It is, in essence, denying potential problems and failing to prepare for them. In an emergency people with Normalcy Bias will deny what's happening and simply do nothing. This commonly occurs in the face of a financial or an environmental crisis. It's also common when people face a potential problem that has never occurred before.” Interviewers: “Are you saying that with regard to the environment, humans, collectively, are expressing normalcy bias?” Hooper: “Yes. They are denying what the evidence tell them. They're stuck in the belief that because humanity has never faced an environmental problem of this magnitude and severity, it can't be happening now." "The common, Normalcy Bias response to the global climate change is that it's not caused by human activity, that it's just a part of the Earth's natural cycles, and that even if it is caused by human activity, the problem is so big that there's nothing that they can do about it." 8-2- -frog con. - Money &P Profit Addicts Denial Interviewers: “Are the money/dopamine addicts also in denial?" Hooper: “They have the money and the political power to make changes, but they're ignoring the environment. What does that tell you?" Interviewers: “That for them, making money is more important than saving the environment." Hooper: “Remember, it's not the money they're after. It's the dopamine fix ." Interviewers: “And the public just goes along?" Hooper: “Yes. Most people believe what our so-called leaders tell them. They have no idea that those in control are drug addicts focused on getting their next dopamine fix.” Interviewers: “Why are these worldly-powerful people engaged in what is, essentially, a suicide mission?" Hooper: “I can't say with certainty. All I can do is share with you anecdotal evidence that I have seen regarding the Crash & Burn pattern that often dominates addicts who have power and control." Interviewers: “What pattern is that?” Hooper: “When a money and profit/dopamine addict reaches the Crash & Burn stage, they realize that they're about to die, or spend the rest of their life in prison, or experience some other disastrous, physical fate. Some simply submit to their fate. "Others get very angry and delusional. Knowing that the end is near and inevitable, they act like Libya's dictator Gaddafi. When their personal world finally crashes, they want to take as many others down with them as they possibly can.” Interviewers: “That's pretty scary.” Hooper: “Scary or not, we need to face the truth. Addicts make poor decisions. Cocaine/Dopamine Addicts and Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts are both poor decision makers.” “Did you ever wonder why do so many billionaires and multi-millionaires risk everything they have to make more money?" Interviewers: “No. Why?" Hooper: “Because their addiction overwhelms their rational thought process. Feeding their addiction comes first. These men aren't after the money. They're seeking their next dopamine fix, and as the evidence tells us, they must keep increasing the stimulus to get the same responses." "The end result is, all too often, a highly-destructive Crash & Burn. As I mentioned before, the Enron scandal is an extraordinarily well-documented examples of this."
Reference: Enron Scandal http://www.Money-and-Profit-Addicts.com/mpa-power-wealth-mental-health.html#EnronScandal
Interviewers: ”When the public becomes aware that the world is being run by drug addicts, what kind of responses do you expect?" Hooper: “From the money/dopamine addicts, the first responses will be anger and denial. The public will mostly disbelieve and ignore the evidence. A few will acknowledge the truth. How soon the system will change is anybody's guess." 8-3 -frog con. - Urgency Interviewers: ”Let's get back to the urgency. Why must we deal with the environment problems now? Why can't we put off taking action until later?” Hooper: “Because with environmental issues, there's a significant time delay between cause and catastrophe.” Interviewers: ”Do you mean between cause and effect?" Hooper: “In this case, they're one and the same thing." Interviewers: ”I don't want to hear this, but I'm still going to say, 'Please continue'." Hooper: “You're expressing a very common human response, except that, in your case, you are inviting me to continue. The more common human response is to ignore the problem until the disaster strikes, and by then it's too late to take action to avoid the consequences." "Here's an example. The Sacramento - San Joaquin river delta area in northern California is a social, political, economic, and environmental disaster of monumental proportions waiting to happen. The water supply for abut 25 millions people in central and southern California is in danger of being shut off for two to three years. Even though it's one of the most urgent and vitally-needed infrastructure repair projects in the entire nation, and even though the repercussions of this disaster happening are national in scale, present updates and repairs are using the "band aid" approach on a problem that needs major surgery.
Reference: Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta http://www.CAHR-Foundation.com#gr
Hooper: “The price of fixing this problem after disaster strikes is at least several thousand time greater than the cost of fixing it now, how many people are concerned about this disaster waiting to happen? Almost nobody.” "After the disaster strikes and southern Californians are without water, only then will the public be concerned. And that's a simple problem compared to the global-level disasters that will come if we continue to sit on our thumbs and ignore the environment." “Humans have been destroying the Earth's ecosystem for about 50,000 years, ever since humans turned much of Australia from a temperate rain forest into a desert. The Christian Bible refers to 'the cedars of Lebanon.' What's in Lebanon today? 97% of America's virgin forests have been destroyed and the chain saws are still running." "I could spend a couple of hours listing the environmental destruction, particularly the destruction in the past sixty years. In recent decades, humans have been destroying nature far faster than she can recover. The cumulative effect is exponential and not linear.” Interviewers: ”What does that mean?” Hooper: “In other words, each piece of destruction dramatically amplifies every other piece of destruction, not at a linear rate of 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, but at an exponential rate of 1, 2, 4, 16, 256, 65,536. We are at a point close to what is called the point of no return.” Interviewers: ”Am I correct in saying that the human population is in deep trouble?” Hooper: “Yes, right now, today, the Earth is dangerously close to a major, very rapid, very dramatic, irreversible, incredibly destructive, environmental shift.” Interviewers: “How rapid and how dramatic?” Hooper: “In terms of how soon major disaster will show up, twenty five years, fifty at tops. In terms of how soon we must act before the changes become unstoppable, five years at the most, and in terms of how dramatic, let me answer that by saying, collectively, humans have turned on Nature's Doomsday Machine.” Interviewers: “That sounds overly dramatic and incredibly urgent.” Hooper: “Am I hearing your normalcy bias? Interviewers: “Not me. I don't have any.” Hooper: “Are you sure? Is it possible that you are in denial about your denial? Silence. No response. Hooper: “We're all bias to some degree. Every time we pre-judge something without knowing the facts, we're expressing our own normalcy bias." Interviewers: “So I'd do well to simply examine the evidence and leave out my story about the evidence?" Hooper: “Yes. As Dragnet's Joe Friday used to say, 'The facts, ma'am, just give me the facts'." Interviewers: “OK, I'm listening. What do you mean when you say, human activity has turned on Natures Doomsday Machine?" Hooper: “We have created an environmental emergency, and we're facing the greatest threat that humans have ever faced. Do you want to be the mindless frog in the ever-hotter water pot and bet your life, your family's lives, the lives of six billion humans, the lives of billions of of non-human life forms on how cool your unexamined beliefs can keep you?” Interviewers: “No.” Hooper: “Then the only other option is to examine the evidence. Once you've seen the evidence, you can consciously decide whether to take action or to do nothing. I'm simply suggesting that you make a conscious decision instead of a decision by default or a decision based upon stories you've heard in the past.” Interviewers: “What's a decision by default?” Hooper: “A decision by default is a mindless decision – a decision to simply go along with what others are doing or not doing – a decision that carries you wherever it carries you - a decision that you allow someone else or something else to make for you." Interviewers: “OK, we choose to examine the evidence. Return 8-4- -frog con. - 10K B. tons Hooper: “Then sit back and take this in. Take it in until you are willing to wake up and take action.” “In addition to releasing vast amounts of carbon dioxide into the Earth's atmosphere, human-caused Climate Change has also triggered the release of the 10,000 billion tons of methane presently frozen in the Arctic Circle. Methane is twenty times more destructive to the environment than carbon dioxide. Each year, the amount of this gas being released is increasing.” “Unless this self-expanding cycle is reversed within the next five years, the rate of release will escalate very rapidly to the level where it will become un-stoppable. If we do not take action intentionally designed to stop this cycle, the entire 10,000 billion tons of methane presently frozen in the Arctic Circle will automatically be released into the atmosphere. The environment will be drastically altered.” Interviewers: “How will it be altered?” Hooper: “The Earth’s temperature will rise by about eighteen degrees Fahrenheit causing most large life forms on the entire planet to become extinct. The temperature has already risen by two degrees. With another degree of temperature rise, (two degrees at the most) Global Warming will become unstoppable.” *** The ocean level will rise by several feet forcing millions (perhaps even billions) of people out of their homes. 100 million people live within three feet of sea level. Ocean level rise is already beginning to show up. *** Millions of square miles of the world's most beautiful and productive land will be under salt water. Major cities like London, Venice, New York, Washington, New Orleans will be mostly under water, as will much of Florida and Louisiana. *** Glaciers and mountain snow caps will disappear completely leaving an estimated twenty to to thirty percent of the world’s population without fresh water in the dry season. Entire ecosystems (trees, plants, animals, fish, insects, etc.) that these mountain, glacial waters support will also die. This melting process is already happening all over the world, and the rate of snow-cap melt is increasing every year. *** Billions of people will die of environmental exposure, from disease, from starvation, or from humans fighting over water, land, and food. *** Dozens of other highly destructive environmental changes will occur. Many changes are already well under way such as those causing the unusual and severe weather patterns. Each change is amplifying the effects of the other changes. Their combined effect, if allowed to continue, will soon overpower all opposition. The consequences, already devastating and deadly, will soon become irreversible!

Hooper: “When a cocaine addict crashes and burns, at worst, he can only take a few people with him. When a super-wealthy money and profit addict crashes and burns, he has the potential to take the entire human race with him.” “We see environmental warning signs all over the entire planet, and what do the super-wealthy dopamine addicts do?" Interviewers: “The evidence tells us that for them, it's business as usual. Hooper: “They're about to Crash & Burn, but we don't need to crash with them." Interviewers: “Are you saying that all our environmental problems can be avoided?." Hooper: “Not all of them. It's too late for that, but for many of them, yes." We must begin immediately because many of the incredibly-negative consequences are already beginning to show up, and there's a lag time between what humans do and when it shows up in the environment." Interviewers: “So, I'm hearing either Wake Up or Die." Hooper: “Unfortunately, those are the only two choices left." Interviewers: “OK, here are my thumbs. Where do we go from here?" 8 -- The Environment and Frog Consciousness |

9 Hooper: “It's time now to show our viewers how dopamine addiction, the coming economic renaissance, the environment, and legalizing marijuana are all intimately interconnected -- how they're all part of the same package.” Interviewers: “Yes, please describe the connections.” Hooper: “By miles, by light years, by any measure you can possibly imagine, the number one concern of everybody should be saving the environment, but it's not. In the face of problems so severe that they could even lead to human extinction, the number one priority of our so-called leaders is still money and short-term profits.” Interviewers: “OK, that's the problem. How is legalizing marijuana the solution?” Hooper: “It's not the solution. It's the trigger that fires the gun that shoots the bullet that hits the target that flips the switch that turns on the light that reveals the truth that inspires the people to ends the problem.” Interviewers: “What?” Hooper: “Have you heard the ancient proverb, 'For Want of a Nail'?” Interviewers: “No.” Hooper: "Then listen to this:" For want of a nail the shoe was lost. For want of a shoe the horse was lost. For want of a horse the rider was lost. For want of a rider the battle was lost. For want of a battle the kingdom was lost. And all for the want of a horseshoe nail. Hooper: “What does that mean to you?” Interviewers: “It's a metaphor similar to the stories about 'The Butterfly Effect' and 'The Camel's Nose.' It's a symbolic story about how one thing inadvertently leads to another.” Hooper: “Good! Now let me walk you down a similar path from medical marijuana through an economic renaissance to saving what's left of our natural environment” 9-1-New Corporate World - Connections Interviewers: “Please do.” Hooper: “You probably know that publicity and public awareness is the last thing that the marijuana prohibitionists want." Interviewers: “Why?" Hooper: “Because the entire anti-marijuana campaign is based upon lies, deception, and on keeping the public ignorant of the truth." Interviewers: “So your work is to combat lies and silence with the truth and with publicity." Hooper: “You've got it. The weakest point of the marijuana prohibitionists is their claims against medical marijuana. They claim that marijuana has no medical benefits is a flat out lie – a lie that is contradicted by overwhelming evidence. By bringing attention to that lie, we are exposing the even greater campaign of lies about marijuana, itself." Interviewers: “Do you have evidence to back up your claims that the marijuana prohibitionists are lying?” Hooper: “Yes, mountains of it, and I'll share that evidence with you in a moment, but first, please follow this trail with me. You've probably noticed that the demand for marijuana legalization is rapidly increasing in the public at large, and among highly educated professionals. Many very reputable organizations are now calling for the federal government to make major changes regarding its anti-marijuana laws.”

Interviewers: “I'm aware of significant attitude changes.” Hooper: “Then you know that the 74-year reign of the federal-government anti-marijuana, domestic-terrorism against its own citizens is about to end.” Interviewers: “I wouldn't label it quite the same as you have, but yes, I do see that the end is close at hand.” Hooper: “How would you label it?” Interviewers: “I wouldn't be so kind. Please tell us about the coming changes.” 9-2-New Corporate World - Coming Changes Hooper: “As medical marijuana becomes legal in more and more states, this will increase the push to legalize marijuana for personal use. Legalizing marijuana will reduce the profits to the criminals by at about 150 billion dollars per year. Legalizing marijuana will also reduce crime by over fifty percent. When the public sees the truth about marijuana, this will cause the entire anti-drug war to collapse. Addiction will be treated as a medical problem and not as a criminal issue " "With the end of the anti-drug war, another 100 billion dollars per year will no longer go the the criminals. The huge amounts of secret money presently being used to fund police, political, and corporate corruption all over the world will simply disappear. As that secret money disappears, much of the present corruption will disappear with it. The need for police and prison industries will be dramatically reduced. Legalizing marijuana will allow a now-prohibited, multi-billion dollar hemp industry to begin in the United States."

"As the source of illegal drug money being laundered back into the legal business world each year dries up and ceases to exist, the financial changes will shake the already very shaky, highly corrupt, and highly dysfunctional economy into all but totally collapsing. This will open the door to both of the new financial systems." Interviewers: “What are the new systems?" Hooper: “One partners non-profit foundations with profit-oriented corporations, and the other simply replaces many, key, profit making corporations with foundations." Interviewers: “What will be replaced?" Hooper: “We'll go into that when we talk about The Benefits of Foundations. Interviewers: “What will the new economy be like?" Hooper: “The economy will cease to be based upon debt and will cease to be controlled by the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts. The Profits at Any Price mentality will become history. The new corporate management system will give equal priority to employees, including management, to customers, to the environment, and to any remaining stockholders.”

"In the new economy, money & profit/dopamine addicts will no longer be able to function in secret and without supervision. Corporate stock ownership will shift dramatically away from private owners and toward being owned by non-profit foundations. Future corporate profits will shift away from the vaults of the super-wealthy and into the pockets of the people. Foundations will take over controlling financial ownership of almost all major corporations." "The new system will become so successful that the super-wealthy will keep their present wealth because there will be so much more wealth that nobody will care." Interviewers: “That's an extremely tall order." Hooper: “This isn't an order. The death of marijuana prohibition and the birth of the new business structure are both part of a natural and inevitable chain of events." “The unstoppable birth of awareness is bringing with it a constructive tsunami that will wash away all the dictatorships all over the world. You can see the beginning stages of this in the Middle East with the fall of the dictatorships run by violence. When the people cease to be afraid of the financial dictatorships, the dictatorships run by illusion will also crumble." Interviewers: “What do you mean when you say financial dictatorships?" Hooper: “Those run by the money & profit/dopamine addicts, which is, essentially, everything that's not controlled by violence." "The video we are creating will likely speedup the process, but with or without this video, the process I've just described is as inevitable as tomorrow's sunrise." Interviewers: “What kind of financial system could possibly do that? How can the new financial structure possibly replace the existing system?” Hooper: “That's what I'm about to show you. Everything I've just said is totally real and it's also incredibly simply." Interviewers: “I'm all ears.” Hooper: “There are two major ways that this will happen. There's the replacement scenario which I'll describe in a moment, and there's the process that centers around partnering revised and updated versions of the traditional non-profit foundation with existing profit-oriented corporations. Shall I give you the ninety-second summary?" Interviewers: “Please do.” 9-3-New Corporate World - How to ... 90-Second Summary Hooper: *** Any corporation with publicly traded stock, can, by free will choice, set up its own, independently-controlled, non-profit foundation. *** The profit-making corporation and the newly-created, non-profit foundation work together as a team. The corporations focus on creating wealth and the foundations focus on managing and distributing that wealth. ** Each month, the profit-making company donates a small percentage of its profits to this foundation, such as a portion of the money it normally donates to charity. There are at least four other ways to fund the foundations. They're discussed on the New Corporate World website.
Reference: New Corporate World http://www.New-Corporate-World.info#39
*** The foundation uses this money to buy stock in its partner corporation. *** The foundation uses the dividends from owning the stock to buy more stock in its partner Corporation. *** When the foundation has acquired a controlling financial interest in the corporation, the corporation and the foundation function as a team and redefine the corporation's reason for being. *** Most of the stock profits, instead of going to the money lenders, (the traditional corporate stockholders) will belong to the foundation. The excess money will be distributed to the foundation's named beneficiaries, (management, employees, customers, the environment, and any remaining outside stockholders) (Please see Footnote Reference: Sharing the Wealth .) The money can then be used : ~~~To create healthy, safe working environments, ~~~To financially reward management and employees at rates that are just, fair, and equitable, and that are in line with the amount of money required to produce sustainable living conditions, ~~~To rebuild, re-model, update, and/or replace the company's infrastructure. Interviewers: “A moment ago, I thought you were crazy, but now I see that it's the present system that's crazy.” Hooper: “Would you like to hear some of the benefits?" Interviewers: “Definitely!” 9-4-New Corporate World - Benefits / Features Hooper: *** Products intentionally designed to break down and fall apart can be replaced by high quality products designed for maximum use-life and maximum efficiency and designed with recycling in mind, *** Modular construction will replace single unit construction. Interviewers: “What's modular construction?” Hooper: “It's designing a product so that, if something goes wrong, instead of trashing the entire product, the defective part can be pulled out and replaced." Automobiles and space ship are already built that way. In the future, just about everything will be built using this principle."
Reference: Modular product Design http://www.New-Corporate-World.info/alternatives-power-cords.html#39
Hooper: *** Milking customers for a few extra dollar can be replaced by providing high quality goods and services, *** Instead of corporate price gouging to produce multi-millionaires and billionaires, product prices can accurately reflect product cost and be sold at a fair price. Billionaires will join the dinosaurs in the history museums. *** Corporations will be able to reduce their carbon footprints and participate in the Reversal of Global Warming. *** The constant need to produce a short-term profit will simply disappear. *** The never-ending war between labor and management will also end. *** Excessive pay to top management will be replaced by fair compensation for all employees. *** Outsourcing American Jobs to foreign countries in order to make more money will simply become an archaic relic. *** Billions of dollars presently being paid out as interest on corporate loans, payments to stockholders, will then be directed to the well-being of the foundation's beneficiaries -- management, employees, customers, the environment, and any remaining outside stockholders. Interviewers: “That is impressive!” Hooper: “I'm not done yet.” Interviewers: “There's more?” Hooper: “I Just listed the features, now here are some of the benefits." *** Financially re-empower the middle class, *** Bring about a major, peaceful redistribution of wealth, *** Make major reductions of the scourge on society called debt.
Reference: Debt http://www.MoneyGodMoney.com/debt.html#55
*** Provide a sound financial foundation for corporate employees, *** Create happier, healthier, more productive employees, *** Produce higher quality products and services, and *** Take a major step toward the Reversal of Global Warming. Interviewers: “Are you telling me that everything you've just described can be accomplished simply by partnering corporations and foundations?" Hooper: “Yes." Interviewers: “It's really that simple?” Hooper: “Yes." Interviewers: “This is way too good to be true!” Hooper: “I challenge you and anybody else on the entire planet to prove me wrong!" Interviewers: “Wow!” Hooper: “With regard to the home foreclosure crisis, what I've just described is the long way. If he had the courage to do so, President Obama could simply make a public announcement that would trigger the end of the home foreclosure crisis in less than a month. 10 . Interviewers: “So the use of foundations is the key to legalizing marijuana and it's the key to solving the nation's financial problems, and it's the key to solving our environmental problems.” Hooper: “It is. The vision is to replace the present economic system which is an huge, dysfunctional, unsustainable ponzi scheme that's about to crash, and replace it before it does crash.” Interviewers: “What's a ponzi scheme?” Hooper: “It's a con game where those in control keep borrowing more money to pay of the debts from prior borrowing. It doesn't matter how cleverly the game is played, there is only one possible ending. The end is always a Crash & Burn." Interviewers: “And by converting the present financial system into a corporation/foundation partnership system, we can avoid the crash?” Hooper: “Yes, but only if we begin immediately.” Interviewers: “Tell me more about the benefits of using non-profit foundations.” Hooper: “Certainly. I'm sure you've noticed that every time someone in political power looks for more money, they always look to the same source. They always look where the money isn't – to the public – to the people who have already been milked dry. They never look to where the money is.” Interviewers: “Why don't they look where the money is?.” Hooper: “If they did, be they local, state, or federal politicians, they'd be ushered out of office in the next election." Interviewers: “Why?” Hooper: “Because the super-wealthy, money and profit/dopamine addicts destroy anything that might jeopardize their making more money.” Interviewers: “OK, we know where the money is. How do we get access to it?” Hooper: “By the use of foundations. I just gave you one simple example. There are several more." Interviewers: “Why isn't it happening?” Hooper: “Because it's completely outside of public consciousness. To my knowledge, what I'm about to share with you has never been spoken about publicly. Other than on Reverend Cote's websites, it's never been written about anywhere either."

Interviewers: “Then please share your insights with us.” 10-1-Benefits of Foundations - Personal Debt Hooper: “Let's begin by examining individual personal debt. If you were significantly in debt, and one day, you discovered a very simply way to get out of debt, what would be your first priority?” Interviewers: “My first priority would be to get out of debt as quickly as possible.” Hooper: “Why?” Interviewers: “Because that debt would be costing me money. It would also be taking away some of my freedom.” Hooper: “Another reason is that money lenders don't produce anything. They just stand there with their hands in your pocket or in your check book and take a portion of your hard-earned money. The bigger the debt, the more they win and the more you lose.” Interviewers: “I see that.” 10-2-Benefits of Foundations - Corporate Debt Hooper: “So let's examine the same scenario played out on the corporate level. What do bank lender and a stockholder have in common?” Interviewers: “They're both money lenders.” Hooper: “And neither of them participate in making the money. They just want a portion of the profits.” Interviewers: “So you're saying . . . I mean the evidence tells us that the word stockholders are just another name for money lender” Hooper: “It is, and if a wise corporate leader saw a simple way to get his corporation out of debt, he'd do so as quickly as possible.” Interviewers: “But the major corporations don't do that. Most of them do just the opposite.” Hooper: “We could spend the next two days talking about what's wrong. Instead of that, let's cut to the solutions. Where is their a major source of money that could be used to solve our financial problems?” Interviewers: “I'm not sure, but I'd guess it has to do with corporations and foundations.” Hooper: “That's a good guess. Let me connect the dots and explain the solution to you. Several major industries make huge profits.” Interviewers: “You're referring to the banking and finance corporation and to the, fossil fuel corporations such as natural gas oil and coal.” Hooper: “Yes, also insurance, pharmaceuticals, industrial-farming, and others as well. The corporations in these industries rake in huge profits. Most of those profits end up in the vaults of the super-wealthy. Future profits from these industries are the untapped source of money to finance city, county, state, and federal governments." Interviewers: “You mean tax them." 10-3-Benefits of Foundations - Replace Them Return-2
Hooper:
“No! Not tax them. Replace them.
Replace them with networks of private, non-government, non-profit foundations.
Interviewers: “Please give us an example?" Hooper: “If I could show you a simple, fast and easy-to-implement way to solve the home foreclosure crisis and, at the same time, fund county and local governments, would you be interested?” Interviewers: “Of course.” Hooper: “Here's how:" *** Set up an independent non-government, people-owned, non-profit foundation in every county in the country. *** The foundations becomes the primary lender for the residents in the county. The foundation services home owners, small businesses, auto purchasers, student loans, and the like." *** The existing banking system continues to fund corporate loans and other privately owned projects where loans are measured in millions of dollars. If the bankers screw up, they bail themselves out or go under." Interviewers: “No more government bail outs for the bankers.” Hooper: “You've got it” *** The government declares a suspension of all home foreclosures until the new system is in place and functioning". *** Start up moneys for the foundations comes directly from the federal treasury in the form of zero interest loans to the foundations.” “I'm suggesting that the people borrow their own money instead of going to the federal reserve and paying the twelve private banks interest on non-existing make-believe money.” Interviewers: “What do you mean when you say make-believe money?" Hooper: “The financial industry is unique in that it's the only industry that has succeeded in lending/selling customers a non-existent product and charging its customers rent (interest) on the use of a product that they, the banker create out of nothing. We can talk about that later if you like, but for now let's stay on track."

Fairytale Money
Interviewers: “OK, then please continue." Hooper: *** One of the first jobs of each foundation is to examine the financial circumstances of home owners facing foreclosure in their county using the procedures common to the home loan industry. *** Like what was done in the 1930s depression, the foundation acts as a mediator between the borrower and the present lender. *** Those who have the ability to make the payments are offered a new loan. Those who do not are handled by the new and unique foreclosure process described on the TLC-Life-Center's Economic Sanity website.

How to End
the Home Foreclosure Crisis
Hooper: *** The Foundation, the lender, and an independent appraiser, examine the circumstances and determine a fair and reasonable amount to pay the present lender. Lenders are given present-day, foreclosure value for the home plus a bonus for cooperating with the foundation. The present lender is paid the agreed upon amount of money to complete and close the present loan. *** The foundations then provide a fixed-rate, simple-interest loan to the home owners. Once the foreclosure crisis is resolved the foundations can begin lending to new home buyers. *** The interest rate is fair and reasonable such as five percent for all loans, including local small business loans, auto loans, student loans and the like. The foundations keep local control throughout the life of the loan. *** Once the foundations are established and functioning, they will bring in substantial amounts of money. Profits can be used to repay the loan moneys to the federal treasury and then to fund county and local governments. Interviewers: “How do you keep the foundations honest?" 10-4-Benefits of Foundations - Keep Them Honest Hooper: “In two ways. The foundation bylaws are specifically designed to prevent financial mismanagement, and the foundations are part of a national association. The association audits the the individual foundations at least once every two years.” "A detailed explanation of the benefits, the results, how the program works, and much more can be found in the full proposal on the TLC-Life-Center's Economic Sanity website."

Interviewers: “Our viewers can see a link to that page on the bottom of their screen. They can also find a link to this website in the transcript of this video." “So the foundations simply replace the profit making corporations and the profits, instead of going into the vaults of the super-wealthy, are turned back to the people.” Hooper: “You've go it.” Interviewers: “That's incredible simple.” Hooper: “One word of caution.” Interviewers: “And that is . . . .” Hooper: “The foundations must be completely and totally independent and in no way whatsoever, controlled or influenced by politicians or by super-wealthy individuals." "The foundations must be owned directly by the citizens of each county.” Interviewers: “You sound rather adamant about this. Why.” Hooper: “To keep the money and the control out of the hands of the money and profit/dopamine addicts.” "This same technique can be used to end every other major money problem, such as solving the health insurance premium crisis” Foundations that provide homeowner insurance and auto insurance could fund state governments. There's even a nation program that could fund a major portion of the federal government."

The for-profit business (Mari-Med Corporation) will be based on The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure -- a structure in which corporate employees, corporate customers, and the environment hold equal priority with making a profit. Corporate focus is the production and application of Hemp. Hemp is an
ignored gold mine because when it is
allowed to freely flourish, it will become a multi-billion dollar
industry. For example, hemp it will replace trees as a source
of fiber for paper, it's medical benefits are profound, and as plastic for
auto bodies, its strength and damage resistance will save billions of
dollars in auto repairs. We are creating a medical-marijuana,
access-assistance foundation. The Mari-Med
Foundation will provide funding and access to medical marijuana
for those in need who cannot, by themselves, afford to pay for the
products and services. The Foundation will own
controlling interest in the Mari-Med Corporation so that the
majority of the corporate profits will go to the
Foundation. Do You need a Job? You are invited to examine our websites and determine if you'd like to join the development teams for either our non-profit foundation or our profit-oriented corporation. If you find the prospect of joining our team intriguing, please go to our website; . and then contact us.

A bit of clarity is in order here. Let's start by restating our intention. Our intention is to redirect the corporate profits that now go into the vaults of the super-wealthy, so that future profits are used for the benefit of the people who actually produce the wealth. As long as we conform to the letter of the law, it doesn't matter whether the corporation spends the money or foundation spends it.
You'll note that our intention states that
we are not using the traditional foundation format, but instead,
using revised and update versions of the traditional
foundation. What Presently Is: What I'm about to say may seem cynical and judgmental. That may be so, but it's also one of facts of corporate life. Many of the traditional, large corporations use donation money as indirect and disguised advertising tools -- tools designed to increase their profits. The Money & Profit /Dopamine Addicts that run the major corporations don't give anything away. They make business deals designed to increase profits. If somewhere along the way someone benefits, that's OK, but profits are always the first consideration. Are you aware of how legislation that affects corporations in now being written? Corporate lawyers write the bills and legislators transform them into law. Corporate attorneys design the laws so that their corporation can follow the letter of the law and at the same time, completely ignoring it's intent. They are designed to appear to address a problem, but they have a built in weasel clauses that allow the corporations to continue business as usual. Here's just one example: The auto insurance industry has one of the world's best example of this. California legislators passed a law prohibiting insurance companies from charging higher fees because of where a driver lives, so they now they base their fees on "the zip code where the car is garaged. The New Structures: The law states that foundation's assets must be used for the pubic good. Corporations, on the other hand, can do anything they want with their money. Remember, with a foundation/ corporation partnership the corporations are no longer required to show a profit on their book in the next quarterly report or at the end of their fiscal year, so the profits don't need to show up on the corporate books as dividends to stockholders. You also need to know that the new corporate structure (unlike the present system) is not run as a corporate-executive dictatorship. Suppose the corporations used the excess profits to lower the prices of their products and services, or to raise employees salaries, or to provide additional health care benefits to employees, or to build and managed a day care center for employee children, or to build a new school for the local community, or to buy the community a new fire truck, or any number of things that the corporate employees and management, together, decide to do. The new bottom line is that corporate profits are used for the benefit of the people who actually produce the wealth. Exactly how that's done is up to each corporation/foundation partnership to decide. > Corporate /Foundation Structures > To comply with the letter of the law, each foundation sets up it's own profit-making corporation, and it's the corporations that actually makes the money. . |
