. Human activity and human overpopulation have produced Runaway Global Climate Change. To say this more bluntly, we've turned on Nature's Doomsday Machine. When we see a group of people expressing a patterns of behavior that they have been expressing for decades, you can safely assume that this pattern fits their present behavior and will very likely continue (unless some major change occurs that pushes them out of their habits). One can also asses the present context (the state of the monetary system and the environment) and fit their behavior pattern into the new context and make a pretty good assessment of their future behavior. For example, users, violators, invaders, and exploiters will continue to practice usury, violation, invasion, and exploitation, they'll simply adapt their behavior to fit the new conditions and circumstances.
