The only way we can stay in integrity is if we feel free to question each other's behavior, and be able to do so gently and lovingly, without judgment or condemnation.   In an open atmosphere of this nature, the behaviors that brought on the present financial crisis would have been exposed and stopped long before they reached their critical stages.   The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure   is designed with these types of checks and balances built in to the system.

Do you remember the famous scene from one of the early Star Wars films where Yoda said to Luke Skywalker.  "Do not try.   Ether do or don't do."   Well, that same principle applies to creating and managing  The Mari-Med Twins.

Tell us how you see yourself participating in and contributing to the accomplishment of our mission.   Tell us what role you see yourself playing in either the foundation or the corporation?   Write a job description that fits you.   Tell us how you can contribute to manifesting our mission.   Tell us what you consider as fair compensation for your contribution.   

Please keep in mind that our mission is service and as such, the organization's team members must serve themselves and each other first.   But not from the perspective of me first - screw you.   But rather, in a manner similar to what is expressed by airline stewardesses at the beginning of a flight.  In the take-off instructions, they tell the passengers that in case of emergency when the oxygen masks drop down, put on you masks first and then help you children or others in need of assistance.  

The concept is that you can't make anyone else healthy by being sick.  You can't make anyone else wealthy by being poor.   You can't make anyone else smart by being stupid.   First, you must fill your own cup, so that you are strong, healthy, vibrant.   Then and only then are you fully capable of offering top-notch service at helping others.  

Here's another way to say this:  Love yourself, love your neighbor, and love God.   Love each with equal intensity because all three are one and the same tithing.

Another thing to consider is that we are NOT here to get rich, or to gain at any one else's expense, or to get a bigger share of what already is.   Instead, we come from the perspective that we are creating more and expanding abundance.   In that expansion, there is plenty of everything, so not only will our clients be served, we ourselves, will also be fulfilled.
