Section One of Twelve

The concept presently titled:  The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure first came to me early in the morning of January 8, 2008.   I awoke that morning with the concept full-blown in my mind.  Obviously it's been updated and expanded upon since then, but the basic format is as I received it on that eye-opening morning.   Four days later the first version of the website  (http://www.New-Corporate-World.info#39)  went online.  

Where's the Downside?  
Realizing that nothing stands alone, that everything is inside of a context, and that everything has an opposite polarity, I began looking for what was wrong with this, why it wouldn't work, and what the non-monetary costs would be.   The more I looked for the downsides to this concept, the more benefits, blessing, and uses I found.   Even after more than two years of working with and promoting this concept, I'm still amazed at what it will bring to the world when people finally wake up to how The Powers That Be (the people who control the people in political power) are dominating and manipulating our lives.   This new business model can and will transform the business world,  and in the process, it will dramatically improve everybody's personal lives.  

I Did Find Two Important Problems: 
1)  It's far too good  and  way to simple to implement to be believable. 
2)  A significant portion of The Powers That Be are opposed to this new business structure because it would dramatically reduce or even eliminate their financial and political power.

The Basic Concept:   The basic concept is to partner a non-profit foundation with a new or an already-existing for-profit corporation and then, using a simply technique, redirect the profits to the N.P.O. instead of into the vaults of the super-wealthy.   The non-profit foundation then distributes the money according to the mandates stipulated in the foundations articles of incorporation and its bylaws.   We've designed our walk-your-talk, role model  NPO's so that the money goes:

1)  To enhance the well being of the corporate and NPO employees, 

2)  To build, and/or upgrade the corporations infrastructure,

3)  To produce the highest possible quality products and/or services,

4)  To reduces as much as possible, the corporation's carbon footprint (i.e. reduce it's pollution production) 

5)  To properly recycle it's by-products, (There is no such thing as a linear trash disposal with a finite end.   Nature Recycles Everything without exception. 

6)  To redirect the additional moneys back to the people in any of several forms. 

In our NCWF win-win structure designed to end the home foreclosure crisis, the profits go to fund city, county and state public services (In other words, to dramatically reduce or even eliminate taxes    

In the walk-your-talk, role-model, business-structure that we are creating, (the Mari-Med Corporation and the Medical-Marijuana, Access-Assistance Foundation).   The Foundation will provide medical-marijuana, access-assistance.   It will provide funding and access to medical marijuana for those in need who cannot, by themselves, afford to pay for the products and services.  

Solving Multiple Problems:   Whenever I listened to television discussions (or read print-media articles) about America's (and the world's) financial problems, I asked myself:   

"Could, and if so, how could using  The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure  resolve this problem?"   

I began to see a pattern emerging and how creating and using variations of the NCWF's win-win business structure could solve most of the major problems.   We'll start with the pattern:  

Build a Role Model 

OK, now that we know

what to do and how to do it, what's next?

Once the basic structure was designed and ready to implement, I began reaching out to find an existing company that was willing to be the first to shift to The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure.   I contacted businesses, politicians, print and electronic media, all to no avail.  No matter who I contacted, my messages were simply ignored, so I went back into my quiet inner state of being and asked a different question.  

I thought that if others were too scared or too stuck in the status quo, or too busy with their existing lives to step into the new, we'd simply build the role model ourselves.  I began asking:   "What is the ideal role mode that will bring this concept strongly into public awareness?   The answer came quickly and clearly. 

1)   Create a computer manufacturing company whose corporate structure uses The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure.   http://www.New-Corporate-World.info#39

2)  Create a computer manufacturing company that produces completely modular computer systems.   Build efficient, modular, environmentally-friendly, computer systems in which only the necessary components are purchased when a customer repairs or upgrades his/her computer system.   This will save customers thousands of dollars, eliminate mountains of toxic trash, and make the company the most environmentally friendly company in the entire computer industry.   

The Detailed Description:  I proceeded to create a website outlining and describing in detail the new computer business.   I was certain that building this company would revolutionize the computer industry, and would eventually revolutionize the entire corporate world.   Once the basic design was created and the website online, I could see that the chosen business was right on target and exactly what I had asked for.   It was also very expensive, would take considerable time and talent and was outside of my area of expertise.  

A different Role Model:   It didn't seem practical for me to start a computer company, so again, I went into my quiet inner state of being and asked a slightly different question.   "What is the ideal role mode that I can put into practice quickly, with minimal capital, with no high-tech engineers, and with relative ease and simplicity, that is within my area of expertise, that I would enjoy participating in, and that will bring this concept strongly into public awareness?   I had the answer before I'd actually asked the question.  

That answer was and is:  1)  a for-profit corporation focused in the Hemp industry and 2)  a non-profit foundation focused on providing funding and access to medical marijuana for those in need who cannot, by themselves, afford to pay for the products and services.  We refer to these two organizations as The Mari-Med Twins.
