We
Are Being Ignored:
Unfortunately our
proposals are being ignored by
The
Powers That Be (by
the people who control the people in political power). We've contacted
hundreds of politicians and dozens of media outlets. The
initial message receivers usually are positively impressed with our proposals,
but when they pass the information on to people in charge, our so-called leaders
ignore us.
Accuracy
and Validity Remains Unchallenged:
In spite of numerous
invitations to reputable individuals and organizations to challenge, dispute,
and/or prove our proposals to be wrong, the validity and the functionality of
our programs remain unchallenged.
The
Unspoken Message:
Instead of challenging our programs, they
are being intentionally ignored. Why? For the same
reason that the media won't tell the people the truth about
the absolute,
complete, and total absurdity of continuing marijuana prohibition.
The Powers
That Be own and/or control just about everything. Here's their
unspoken message -- If you are a whistle blower, if you speak the
truth, we will destroy your life.
Why do they want everybody to shut up?
Because if the people knew what was really going on they would never stand for it,
and if that happened, the power brokers would have to give up their financial strangle hold on
the public.
Applying the "End
Run" Strategy:
What cannot be
accomplished by direct confrontation can and is being accomplished by
indirection -- by finding the opposition's weakest point and focusing on it.
The medical marijuana controversy is their weakest point.
When one examines the evidence, it's immediately obvious that marijuana
prohibition is complete, total and absolutely insane. Anybody who has a lick of common sense can see the
absurdity of maintaining marijuana prohibition. Here's what the evidence tells us:
Outlawing
Marijuana:

our city streets,

Supports a
multi-billion-dollar
police and prison

to environmental
destruction.
and does absolutely
nothing to stop its use.
Legalizing marijuana,
regulating its
distribution, and taxing
it similar to the way
alcohol is taxed, will
turn this multi-billion
dollar liability into a
multi-billion dollar
asset.
The Morality
Police:
Marijuana
prohibition completely
ignores the fact that
morality cannot be
enforced by government
intimidation and
violence
The prohibition of
alcohol is a clear example.
The prohibition of
alcohol was a huge, social disaster. Criminalizing
marijuana is disaster a hundred times worse. It's makes millions of
people "criminals." The indirect financial cost (police, courts,
prisons, crime victims, etc.) are staggering. The annual loss of tax
revenue is measured at least in the tens of billions of dollars.

The
Corporation and the Foundation.
Because activities related to money and to marijuana receive significant
publicity, we are marrying economic sanity to the repeal of marijuana
prohibition and are about to make some waves.
At this time, we are beginning the physical creation portion of our mission.
We are walking our talk. We are demonstrating our program.
We are creating two legal structures -- A for-profit corporation and a
non-profit foundation. They will function as partners.
The Foundation:
The
"on-the-surface" purpose of the
Medical-Marijuana,
Access-Assistance Foundation is
to provide funding and access to medical marijuana for those in need who cannot,
themselves,
afford to pay for the products and services. This idea is new, it's
unique, and it's bound to produce controversy. Thus we are
accomplishing several positive and constructive objectives with one program. (See
the

objectives.
The for-profit Corporation:
We
are creating and operating business using The New Corporate World
Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure -- a structure in which
corporate employees, corporate customers, and the environment hold equal
priority with making a profit. This will put employees in a very unique and
special position.
The Purpose of the
Corporation is:
1) To
educate the pubic regarding how hemp is very different
from marijuana (it's not psychoactive) and that it's
incredibly useful for a wide variety of products
For example, its vastly superior to both cotton for cloth
and pulp for paper.
2) To promote additional
research into the uses of
hemp and marijuana,
3) To expose
the absurdity of marijuana prohibition, and
4) To create and
sell hemp products and hemp-related products.
In addition to the commonly-known
uses, there
also dozens of additional uses for both marijuana and hemp, medical and
otherwise.
The Unique Corporate Structures:
There are several unique and special reasons why we are joining a for-profit
corporation and a non-profit corporation. For example, the
Foundation will hold a minimum of fifty-one percent of the stock in the
Corporation. Corporate
and foundation employees are among the foundation's named beneficiaries.
